Does Microsoft already back up Microsoft 365?

Microsoft operates resilient production services and provides retention and recovery features, but those capabilities are not identical to an independent backup under your control. Requirements for retention, granular restore, administrative separation, or incident recovery may justify third-party backup.

Is storage unlimited?

Current vendor materials describe unlimited Microsoft 365 backup storage and restoration in applicable offerings. Contract terms, fair-use conditions, regional availability, supported workloads, and retention settings should still be verified in the final proposal.

Can NexServ guarantee a specific RPO or RTO?

Only when the service agreement, architecture, application dependencies, connectivity, recovery method, and testing support that commitment. Product capability alone does not create an enforceable recovery objective.

Can VM Backup protect physical servers?

This page focuses on the vendor’s virtual-machine backup product for supported Hyper-V, VMware, and Proxmox environments. NexServ can assess separate options for physical servers, endpoints, NAS, cloud workloads, or application-specific backup.
