Does this replace Microsoft 365 security?

No. It complements Microsoft’s platform by adding a coordinated third-party layer for email protection, backup, awareness, permissions, domain controls, and managed response. The final design depends on your Microsoft licenses and existing controls.

Can NexServ deploy it without changing MX records?

API-based onboarding may be available for appropriate configurations. MX, API, and hybrid modes have different capabilities and tradeoffs, so NexServ evaluates the tenant before recommending the deployment model.

Does the platform make us HIPAA or 42 CFR Part 2 compliant?

No single product creates compliance. NexServ can configure and document relevant safeguards, but compliance also depends on contracts, policies, workforce practices, risk management, incident response, and correct ongoing use.

Can existing backup or email-security tools be retained?
